SHIPPING INFORMATION  

All shipments will require 2-3 business days for processing time.

All orders will be shipped F.O.B Origin via standard UPS ground service or Common Carrier. Most packages arrive within 3-7 business days. Delivery times will vary depending upon the product availability, shipping method and the location of your shipping address. Times also vary depending upon whether the billing and shipping information is accurate.

We ship to the lower 48 states of USA. We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada and Internationally. We DO NOT ship to PO Box addresses.

Shipping Costs are non-refundable unless due to our error.

NO SALES TAX will be charged to your Storage-Gear.com order if your shipping address is located ‘outside’ the state of Florida.

Sales tax is automatically applied to your Storage-Gear.com order in accordance with individual state regulations if your shipping address is located in Florida. Appropriate tax charges will appear on the "Order Review" page during checkout.

RETURNS INFORMATION  

We endeavor to offer only the highest quality merchandise. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return merchandise in its original condition including original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

In order to return merchandise, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and specific return instructions from us. Once an RMA number has been issued the merchandise must be received at our location within 15 days at which time the RMA Number will expire. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Storage-Gear.com does not refund the cost of shipping products back to us, or any shipping costs charged when the order was placed. It is your responsibility to ensure that products get back to us in the same condition that we shipped them. Because of this, we recommend that you use a carrier like UPS or FedEx that offers insurance as part of its service.
